There is no denying the power of testimonials. Yelp, Angie’s List, Trip Advisor… these websites exist because of customer testimonials. Other companies, such as Google Places, Amazon, ebay, and Airbnb, rely heavily on testimonials for their success.
Read the testimonial below. Then, watch one or two of the video testimonials further down the page, and ask yourself, “Which was more compelling?” Video testimonials are more personal and more engaging than written ones. They will rank higher on search engines and get more attention. Bottom line, more people will watch a video testimonial than will read a written one.
